John D. Waiheʻe IV

John D. Waiheʻe IV has been an OHA trustee-at-large since 2000 and currently services as vice-chair of the Board of Trustee’s Investments & Land Management committee. He is the son of former Governor John Waihe‘e, who was instrumental in creating OHA. He has served on the Kaho‘olawe Island Reserve Commission and the Native Hawaiian Historic Preservation Council. Other affiliations include the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People and the Japanese American Citizens League.
