Compliance Enforcement

OHA’s Compliance Enforcement Program is part of OHA’s Advocacy Line of Business. The purpose of the program is to provide legal and policy compliance review, assessment and corrective action services to OHA’s top leadership, allowing the organization to take proactive steps when organizations interpret or implement laws in ways that may harm the Hawaiian community or may not be in its best interest.
