Description: The Office of Hawaiian Affairs, Hālawa-Luluku Interpretive Development (HLID) Project, is putting out a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for cultural site Stewards on State lands in Hālawa and Luluku on O’ahu. This RFQ will select one Steward in Hālawa and one Steward in Luluku. This position will not be for compensation; however, Stewards will be provided with an area to hold educational activities and allowed to utilize any built structures (i.e., Admin Center, outdoor hālau, bathrooms) upon construction completion. These construction costs will be covered by the HLID project.
