OHA Emergency Financial Assistance

OHA’s Emergency Financial Assistance (EFA) Program provides assistance to Native Hawaiians who are behind on payments for their mortgage, rent, and utility support, car repairs, funeral expenses, and out-of-pocket medical expenses. Maximum awards have been increased to $2,000.

OHA is in the process of securing a new vendor to process EFA applications. If you would like to be notified when the new vendor is accepting applications, please enter your information below.
