OHA: Office of Hawaiian Affairs

ʻOnipaʻa Kākou 2018

On January 17, 2018, we gathered to observe the 125th anniversary of the overthrow of the Hawaiian Kingdom. Here are a few photos that capture the day, starting with the march from Maunaʻala to ʻIolani Palace, to the raising of the hae Hawaiʻi, and leading to the rallies at the capitol rotunda and the palace bandstand.

To find more pictures and videos from the observance, use the hashtags #onipaakakou and #onipaa125 on social media.
