The highly popular Native Hawaiian Scholarship ‘Aha (Fairs) connect Native Hawaiian students with financial aid to help them pay for college and technical programs. The fairs help high school and college students, parents, teachers, counselors, and anyone interested in finding out more about scholarships and financial aid, eligibility and applications. This is a great opportunity for students and their families to meet and directly interact with agencies that provide scholarships. The Native Hawaiian Scholarship ‘Aha are co-sponsored by the University of Hawai’i, Pacific Financial Aid Association, Office of Hawaiian Affairs, GEAR UP Hawai’i, and the Native Hawaiian Education Association.
