The Malia Craver Hula Kahiko Competition provides Hawai’i’s secondary school students with a venue to showcase their achievements in ancient hula and chant. The competition also provides students with the opportunity to compete among their peers while learning about the culture, dance, and traditions of old Hawai’i.
