Ho’okupu Hula No Ka’ū Cultural Festival provides island residents with a social gathering where they can celebrate the history of their community. The festival features cultural demonstrations, cultural practitioners, and performances from hālau from Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi Island, Kauaʻi and afar.
