E Ola I Ka Wai: Elevating Advocacy to Protect Our Precious Waters

For 30 years, the Native Hawaiians of Maui have been involved in legal battles to restore stream flows to their communities. Join us for a panel discussion to determine ways to strengthen advocacy on this issue.
Panelists for the event include: Koa Hewahewa, Hōkūao Pellegrino, Ed Wendt, Summer Sylva and Keʻeaumoku Kapu, and will be moderated by Maui County Council member Keani Rawlins-Fernandez.
Premiering at this event is a new short documentary, “E Ola I Ka Wai”.
