Puʻuhonua o Hōnaunau National Historical Park marks 54 years with a festival honoring the culture and traditions of the Hawaiian people. Enjoy canoe rides, food tasting, lei making, coconut weaving, kapa beating, traditional Hawaiian games and make-and-take craft demonstrations. To get to the park, drive south on Highway 11 to mile marker 104, turn right onto Hwy. 160 for 3 miles, turn left on Ke Ala o Keawe Road. Parking is limited.
