Phase 1: Identity
- Review of Foundation
- Revision/Reaffirmation
- Stakeholder input
Phase 2: OHA’s Framework
- Analysis of current conditions
- Agreement on Strategic foundation & directions
- Beneficiary/Community Input
Phase 3: OHA Strategies
- Assessment of Innovative Models
- Agreement on Strategic Plan
- Community Engagement
The strategic planning process is set to run through 2019.
