  • Revision/Reaffirmation
  • Stakeholder input

Phase 2: OHA’s Framework

  • Analysis of current conditions
  • Agreement on Strategic foundation & directions
  • Beneficiary/Community Input

Phase 3: OHA Strategies

  • Assessment of Innovative Models
  • Agreement on Strategic Plan
  • Community Engagement

The strategic planning process is set to run through 2019.
