OHA to offer moratorium bill
"The moratorium bill would have the Legislature impose a moratorium just as the Hawai'i Supreme Court did, so it's an effort to have another branch of government do the same thing as the Hawai'i Supreme Court," OHA attorney Sherry Broder said at a Jan. 12 news conference.
