Pahua is a 1.1-acre site donated to OHA in 1988 for it to help conserve for cultural and educational opportunities in Maunalua, which is considered home to the largest known fishpond in all of Hawaiʻi. Other features of the site include several native species and a wide range of invasive species. The historic site is expected to benefit from a comprehensive management plan being developed.
